Made to order
GoEbbe products are made to order. Production takes place before shipping, so please allow time for both production and delivery.
Shipping rates and destinations
Available shipping methods, destinations, and charges are shown at checkout. Shipping costs depend on the items ordered and the delivery address.
Delivery timing
Delivery timing varies by product, destination, and shipping method. Any estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Production delays, carrier disruptions, holidays, and customs processing may affect delivery.

Tracking and separate shipments
When tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact help@goebbe.com immediately. Address changes may not be possible after an order enters production or ships.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address or is left unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you before arranging reshipment.
Delayed or missing packages
If your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, check the tracking information and contact help@goebbe.com promptly with your order number. We will investigate and help resolve the issue.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, email help@goebbe.com with your order number and clear photos. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
International orders
Where international shipping is available, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. Unless collected at checkout or otherwise stated, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
